About the Sumner County Tennessee Republican Assembly
The Sumner County Republican Assembly (SCRA) is a chapter of the Tennessee Republican Assembly. We realize that the GOP in Tennessee cares more about the number of people who join the party versus the quality of the members. The SCRA is focused more on the quality of Republican. The SCRA is focused on moving the Republican party back to being conservative. Unlike the GOP, we have a strict vetting and re-vetting process. We aren’t focused on numbers. We are focused on the quality of one’s character. Our meetings are private but any current member can bring a non-member to our meetings. If you are looking for a true conservative arm of the Republican Party then this might be the group for you.
